Terms of Service

Last updated July 23, 2026

By creating an account or otherwise using MedicMind, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

What MedicMind is

MedicMind is an independent study tool for EMT, AEMT, and Paramedic certification prep — clinical scenarios, spaced-repetition recall, mock exams, and (for instructors) classroom tools. MedicMind is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) or any state EMS certifying body. It's currently free to use.

Not medical advice or protocol

Everything on MedicMind — scenarios, explanations, medication references, protocols — is for educational and exam-preparation purposes only. It is not medical advice, is not a substitute for your certifying body's official curriculum or your local medical director's protocols, and must never be used to guide an actual patient care decision. Content is periodically reviewed, but MedicMind makes no guarantee that any piece of content is complete, current, or error-free, and using MedicMind does not guarantee you will pass any certification exam.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for what happens under your account. One account per person — don't share logins. If you're an instructor, you're responsible for the accuracy of your agency/program information and for how you use student progress data within your classroom.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute MedicMind's content; don't attempt to bypass account or classroom access controls; don't impersonate another person or misrepresent your certification level or role; don't use the site in any way that disrupts it for other users. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

Content ownership

MedicMind owns the scenarios, Quick Recall cards, exam questions, medication references, and other instructional content on the platform. Your own progress data (your answers, streaks, and results) is yours — you can export or delete it from Settings.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or deactivate an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to the platform or other users.

No warranty, limitation of liability

MedicMind is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedicMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including exam results or clinical decisions made based on its content — see "Not medical advice or protocol" above.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use MedicMind after a change means you accept the update.
